I have been developing interactive applications in some capacity since 1997; The majority of my experience has focused on front-end interface design, navigation and usability, but I have also specialized in writing, editing, and graphic design at some point.

Currently I work for QVC, the nation’s largest electronic retailer, leading the user experience strategy for the web and other interactive platforms.

I also have a MS in Human-Computer Interaction from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).
